Genesis has matured into a well grown, upright male, displaying all the characteristics we like to see in our stud males.
To date, he has taken out TEN SUPREME CHAMPIONSHIPS (four fleece and six breed) as well as numerous Championships and Reserve Championships. Judges have routinely commented on his finess for his age, excellent uniformity of micron, uniformity of length and fleece density.
Genesis has inherited a natural lack of guard hair from his Sire (Homestead Farm Apollo) and is passing this trait onto his offspring. Click here to see Genesis' pedigree.
Stoney Meadows Alpacas was thrilled to have Genesis selected as one of nine Stud Males that were put forward for the recent Herd Sire Auction, as part of the 2015 National Show and Expo.
